All of it happens inside one building. We mill the lumber, cut the joints, weld the steel and spray the finish. The only thing we order is the glass.

From a phone call to a hung door. Five steps, and you sign the drawing before we cut.

  1. Talk

Tell us the opening, the house and the look. We answer with a drawing and a price, usually within the week.

  2. Measure

Rough sizes first; then twelve measurements we check against each other before anything is cut.

  3. Drawings

Shop drawings of your door, to the eighth of an inch, for you to sign before the build starts.

  4. Build

Milled, joined, welded, finished and hung for a test fit in Santa Ana.

  5. Deliver

On our truck within Southern California, crated freight to the rest of the country, install-ready.
